Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Peekabi LLC (“Peekabi,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They govern your use of the Peekabi website, parent application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Peekabi is designed for parents and adult caregivers. It is not intended for children to create or operate accounts independently.

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

You may add information about a child only if you are the child’s parent, legal guardian or otherwise have lawful authority and any required permission. A “child profile” means the private information a parent adds to personalize the family experience. Please provide only what is reasonably needed and do not enter medical, legal, school, financial or identity information unless a feature clearly requests it.

If family-sharing features become available, each adult must use their own authorized access. Do not share passwords or allow a child to use the parent account without supervision.

Peekabi provides general stories, activities, snack ideas and parenting information for education and inspiration. It is not medical, nutritional, legal, psychological or other professional advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for deciding what is suitable for your child and for providing appropriate adult supervision. Consider age, development, ability, allergies, choking risks, food preparation, product instructions and your family’s circumstances before following any suggestion.

Journey records and child-profile information are intended to remain private to the authorized family account. You are responsible for the information you choose to record and for keeping downloaded family reports secure.

Image and video storage may be introduced in a later version. Until Peekabi confirms that a media feature is available, any “coming soon” message does not create a storage entitlement or promise a launch date.

Community posts, replies, display names and avatars may be visible to other signed-in members. Never post a child’s address, school, childcare location, contact details, daily schedule or other information that could identify or endanger a child.

You must follow the Community Guidelines and use Peekabi lawfully and respectfully. You must not harass others, impersonate anyone, publish unlawful or exploitative material, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with security, scrape the Service, attempt unauthorized access or use Peekabi for spam, scams or undisclosed commercial promotion.

We may review reports and may hide or remove content, restrict features, warn, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, address security risks or comply with law. You may contact us if you believe a moderation decision was made in error.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Peekabi a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and maintain the features you choose to use. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, legal or safety retention and content already shared by others in the Community.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. Do not upload or publish another person’s private information, image or protected work without authorization.

Peekabi LLC and its licensors own the Service, Peekabi branding, design, software and published editorial content. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for non-commercial family purposes. You may not copy, sell, license or redistribute Peekabi content except with permission or where applicable law allows it.

You may download the family report available in Account & Security. You may also delete your account through that page. Account deletion is permanent and may delete private family information when you are the family’s only member. Shared-family ownership may need to be transferred before deletion.

We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, harm to others, extended service discontinuation or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and responsibility for prior conduct, will continue to apply.

We may maintain, update, change or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable. Some features depend on service providers or link to third-party services, which may have their own terms and privacy practices.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature or that every item will be suitable for every family. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction in the United States.

We may update these Terms as Peekabi changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes when required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
