This Privacy Policy explains how Peekabi LLC handles information when an adult creates and uses a Peekabi family account. Peekabi is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to create accounts independently.

We collect information you provide, such as parent account details, child-profile information, preferences, Journey records, ratings, Community activity and support requests. We also process essential authentication, security and technical information needed to operate the Service.

Please provide only information that is reasonably needed to use Peekabi. Community content may be seen by other signed-in members; child profiles and Journey records are intended to remain private to the authorized family account.

We use information to create and secure accounts, personalize age-relevant content, save family records and preferences, operate Community features, respond to support, prevent misuse, maintain the Service and meet legal obligations.

Peekabi does not sell parent or child-profile information and does not share it for unrelated third-party advertising. We disclose limited information to providers that help us operate the Service, when you ask us to, when reasonably necessary for safety or a business reorganization, or when required by law.

Current providers include Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for application hosting. GitHub stores application code and published Peekabi content; it is not used as the database for parent or child account information.

We use measures such as encrypted connections, authentication, family-level access controls and restricted administrator access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure Peekabi, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, associated private data is deleted as described in the app, although limited backup, security or legally required records may remain temporarily.

You can review or update profile information, manage privacy preferences, download a family report and delete your account in Peekabi. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Peekabi uses essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security and preferences. We will provide appropriate choices before introducing non-essential analytics or advertising technologies where consent is required.

We may update this Policy as Peekabi changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes when required.
